The Lancaster City Police Department Officers Association (LCPDOA) represents the members of the Bureau in contract negotiations and ensuring fair and equal treatment for our members. We also assist retirees in guaranteeing their negotiated rights and benefits are fulfilled.

We are about 130 members strong with representation from Officers, Detectives, Sergeants, and Lieutenants within all divisions of Bureau.
